Who remembers that on Color Day (while Bob Couser and Tim Schreiner were pushing each other around the arena floor), the class selected a Pep Queen and Pep King.
No one ever accused Donna Peterson or David Salhus of not being enthusiastic about everything they did. They were over-the-top pepsters. (Think David's unrelenting whistle blowing at a previous reunion.) They outshone us all in the pep department and rightly were chosen for this honor.
David is unfortunately deceased. Will Donna show up at the reunion to show us all what peppy looks like after 50 years?
